Balconies blooming thanks to neighbours’ worm farm

Erskineville residents are converting food waste to valuable free fertiliser and compost for their gardens thanks to Sydney’s first giant urban worm farm. Neighbours from ten apartments are using it to compost food scraps and, with the help of 24,000 worms, produce free ‘worm juice’ for their gardens.
